Guido graduated in Materials Engineering and Nanotechnology at Politecnico di Milano and worked in a nanotechnology company specializing in functional textiles before becoming a freelance consultant. He collaborated with Baolab on CMF research and innovation while continuing his work in nanotechnology, patenting a nanoparticle-based tracking system. Driven by the connection between materials and design, he has applied innovative materials to fashion, transportation, and consumer products. Since January 2025, he is a partner at Baolab, leading advanced materials research and innovation projects for international clients. He has also taught Materials and Processes at Istituto Marangoni.
